Chad Cutcliff

Chad Cutcliff is the Controller of Western Funding.

Mr. Cutcliff is an experienced finance professional and CPA with over 30 years of experience in accounting and finance, treasury, human resources, and legal. Prior to working for Western Funding, he spent 2 years as the CFO of Marker Trax, a private equity-backed digital marker platform. Before that, Chad spent 7 years as the CFO of two private equity-backed fintech firms and led a successful sale of one of those firms. Chad started his career at Arthur Andersen and has held finance and accounting roles across a wide variety of industries, including mortgage banking, fintech and financial services.

Chad’s primary focus is the oversite of all aspects of Western Funding’s financial statements and reporting and the Company’s credit facilities.

Mr. Cutcliff is a graduate of Widener University with a BS in Business Administration
