Western Funding offers several methods of making payments to reduce your headaches and expenses. Make your life easier by saving time writing checks or obtaining money orders, saving postage and potential late charges as well!


On-line Payment

We offer the convenience to make payments on-line through our Secure Payment System.

We are currently accepting debit cards only.

Mail Your Payment

When making your payment, send your check or money order in ample time to reach us by the date the payment is due. We will not be responsible for payments made to anyone else.

  • Make checks payable to Western Funding, Inc. and include the payment stub at the bottom of your monthly statement.
  • Ensure account number is written on check or money order.

Payment by Phone

When making a debit card payment by phone, simply make sure the money is available on the date the debit will occur, either on the date you call or at a later date. Call our offices with your account information available to inform us of your debit card payment.

When using a debit card a $5.00 (*) convenience fee will be assessed and reflected on your bank statement.

The exception applies either to account holders or cards that have addresses from those states.

 

Western Union Payments

We have a special arrangement with Western Union for our customers to make payments via their Quick Collect service. Quick Collect is the fastest and easiest way to settle your account, because it ensures same-day delivery of your payment, ensuring same day payment and reliable service - costing less than overnight!

To use Quick Collect follow these easy steps:

  1. Call 1-800-325-6000 to locate the Western Union Agent nearest you.
  2. At the agent's location fill in the blue Quick Collect payment form using the following information:
    Pay to:     WESTERN FUNDING
    City Code:     WFIMONEY
    State:     NEVADA
  3. Be sure your name and account number are correctly written on the form.
    It will ensure same day receipt of your payment and proper credit to your account.

 

MoneyGram Payments

Use MoneyGram's ExpressPayment service to make your Western Funding payment at 40,000 MoneyGram agent locations.

You can also call 1-800-MONEYGRAM (1-800-666-3947) to make a same-day, guaranteed payment by using Receive Code 1565.

For many MoneyGram locations, including Wal-Mart, please start by completing a blue ExpressPayment form with the following information:

  • Receive Code: 1565
  • Account Number: (Your Western Funding Account Number)
  • Company Name: Western Funding
  • City/State: Las Vegas, NV

(Note: Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to access and print the ExpressPayment form.)

For other MoneyGram locations, such as CVS Pharmacy, please follow these steps:

  1. Pick up the red MoneyGram phone, which automatically dials MoneyGram's Customer Service.
  2. When prompted for the transaction type, select "Pay a Bill" from the menu list.
  3. Enter your telephone number.
  4. You will be connected to a live MoneyGram agent who will ask you to confirm your name, telephone number, address, account number, amount of your payment, and the Receive Code of the recipient (Western Funding's Receive Code is 1565).
  5. You will receive important details from the MoneyGram agent. Please write these down.
  6. Take all details to the retail location cashier, who will collect the cash and the MoneyGram service fee, and complete the payment.
